When you're dead will you look back at your life and say, "Man, if only I had watched
a few more hundred hours of T.V., THEN my life would have been complete!" OR "if
only I had eaten more fast food, or slept in till noon more, or drank away another 50
or 60 BILLION BRAIN CELLS!!" I SHOULD CERTAINLY HOPE NOT!!! It is the belief
of Exceleration Studio that we are all living in an age of EXCESSIVE WASTE. How
many hours A DAY do you WASTE in front of the T.V. accomplishing NOTHING?
How much of your hard earned money is WASTED on food that clogs every vein,
artery, and aorta in your body? How much of your brain have you WASTED away with
beer and booze that you really only "rent" for the night and leave you hung-over all
the next day? GET OFF YOUR EVER-EXPANDING BUTT NOW!!! Exercise your Mind,
Exercise you Body, and NOURISH YOUR SPIRIT!! I know of no better, faster, or
more efficient way to do that than to DANCE!!! Personal growth is only achieved by
testing your limits and putting yourself outside of your comfort zone

Andrew Worm, the creator and instructor of Non-Stop Hip Hop was born in
Minneapolis MN to the sounds of awe and amazement as a fireworks display
thundered outside in a patriotic salute to our nations Independence Day, otherwise
known as the Fourth of July!! 11 years later he would begin Tap, Jazz, and Ballet
training under the guidance of his mentor Wade Short at W.S. Dance! After graduating
from Simley High School, he would attend the University of Minnesota. During his
Sophomore year he would be discovered by the Rec Centers Aerobics staff and be
allowed to create and instruct what is now one of the highest attended classes,
NON-STOP HIPHOP!!!! Now the class has grown and is overflowing out onto the
streets on Minnesota for all to attend!
